How do we do it you ask? We will determine your needs and offer you choices from prescribed gaming activities that will produce the desired results to meet your targeted goals and objectives. Our onsite or virtual team building sessions last anywhere from 1.0-3.0 hours based on the client's needs. For onsite team building, whether indoor or outdoor environments, we will utilize natural and/or manufactured challenges to engage participants. Additionally, music can be infused to pump up the energy for a winning good time!

 

Edverge utilizes a team of highly skilled Coaches to lead gaming experiences for groups. The professional execution you will get from our Coaches stems from years of creating high-quality, fun, and engaging activities. Our Coaches are adept at incorporating auditory, kinesthetic, and visual modalities to encourage inclusion and embrace diversity. Combined with a great attitude and fun personality, we will keep your group entertained while working towards your goals and objectives.

WHAT IS TEAM BUILDING?

Team building at Edverge consists of coordinated group activities designed to cultivate a positive culture and climate for your group, organization, or program while reinforcing the interpersonal skills of individual participants. Interactive gaming activities are led by trained coaches and are set to be energetic, challenging, and fun!

 

WHAT ARE GROUP SIZE LIMITATIONS?

Edverge believes smaller group sizes are more effective to achieve the desired outcomes. If group sizes will exceed 20 participants, we will recommend multiple team-building sessions. This goes for both onsite and virtual team building.

 

WHAT IF MY GROUP DOES NOT KNOW WHAT WE WANT?

Do not worry! Figuring out the best solution to meet your needs is our specialty! Utilizing the Team Building Form below, we will develop a plan of action for you to accomplish your goals. 

 

HOW LONG ARE YOUR TEAM BUILDING SESSIONS?

Our prescribed gaming sessions are formatted to last between 1.0  to 3.0 hours. However, we can design a variety of session lengths. Take a look at your availability and what you want to accomplish and let’s get planning!

 

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I HAVE TO SCHEDULE YOUR SERVICES?

We recommend giving us a minimum of 7-10 day notice for onsite, in-state team building, and a minimum 8-14 day notice for onsite, out-of-state team building. We recommend a minimum of 5-7 days for virtual training. Scheduling as far in advance is recommended as our Coaches' calendars fill up quickly!

 

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE COST PER PERSON?

Many factors are considered when we make formal quotes, so the answer varies. The number of participants, length of programming, location, number of coaches, equipment, onsite vs. virtual, etc. are some of the factors considered to help us determine a fair price. If you have a specific budget from which to work, let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

 

DOES EVERYONE HAVE TO PARTICIPATE?

We incorporate a "participation by choice" philosophy, but our activities are designed to be all-inclusive. Our Coaches will encourage participation but will not force anyone to participate or make them feel uncomfortable.
